NiSi Cine Lens Set Athena Prime PL-Mount

The NiSi Athena Prime set contains 5 fixed-focal-length cinema lenses with ARRI PL mounts, covering ultra-wide-angle to portrait focal lengths. Their 46mm image circle supports full-frame and large-format sensors.

The optical design controls chromatic aberration and micro-contrast and minimises changes in angle of view during focusing. The lenses have similar weights, allowing changes on a camera stabiliser without rebalancing, and matching focus and aperture ring positions.

• Included lenses: 14mm T2.4, 25mm T1.9, 35mm T1.9, 50mm T1.9 and 85mm T1.9, all with PL mounts.
• T-stop markings indicate actual light transmission to help maintain consistent exposure across focal lengths.
• PL versions use a rear filter, which must be fitted to achieve infinity focus and clear images.
• Focus rotation: 300°, with fluorescent focus scales in metric and imperial units.
• Standard 0.8 mod focus and iris gears, with compatibility for follow focus and matte box systems.
• The 25mm, 35mm, 50mm and 85mm lenses have 77mm filter threads; the 14mm lens is the exception.
• A separately sold NiSi 77mm close-up lens can reduce the minimum focusing distance for macro effects on lenses with the matching thread.
