The MITOYA MOBULA 540 Bi-color LED lamp is a compact and efficient constant light source. It offers smooth control of CCT 3200-5600K color temperature and power. The light generated by it is clear and flicker-free. The angle of its fall can be narrowed thanks to four movable flaps (the so-called gates), which can also be completely dismantled.

The rectangular panel with dimensions of 22 × 17 cm consists of 540 LEDs - half emitting warm light and the other half white light. The change in color temperature occurs every 10 or every 100 K. The change in light intensity is smooth. When operating at full power, the luminance of the MOBULA 540 is as high as 3500 LUX @ 1 m. A CRI of 95+ translates into faithful reproduction of vivid, natural colors. The intense light of the LEDs can be further softened by using a diffuser, which slides onto the panel on the side.

The lamp is controlled via the rear panel or the 2.4 G wireless remote control. The operation of the device is simple and intuitive. The panel has three function buttons and a wide knob. The current parameters are displayed on a small LCD screen. The ability to work in 40 channels means that during remote control the same remote control can operate a group of many lamps - not only controlling their power and color temperature, but also turning off individual devices. The remote control itself requires two AAA batteries to operate.

The MOBULA 540 can be mains powered or powered by NP-F batteries. The included 15V 3A power supply ensures long and safe operation. The hot-swap mechanism, on the other hand, allows you to replace NP-F batteries without having to turn off the lamp (NP-F batteries are not included). The lamp does not have a fan, and an aluminum housing is responsible for its passive cooling . It is quiet and does not interfere with microphones or sound recorders.

The lamp is embedded in a massive and durable "U" type holder. When working without a door, the panel can be smoothly rotated 360° - with the door unfolded, the range of movement is limited and depends on the angle of its opening. Two side clamps are responsible for locking in the selected position. The whole thing is mounted on a tripod with a 16 mm head (the so-called stem). The lamp comes with a padded bag with a handle.
