Image quality

The 17.3 inch screen displays images in Full HD 1920×1080 with 16.7 million colours, 300 cd/m² brightness and a 700:1 contrast ratio. Details stay sharp and clearly visible during recording and post production.

Colour accuracy

The monitor uses the Rec.709 colour standard and is calibrated at the factory. This lets the display reproduce colours faithfully and makes it easy to assess signal quality accurately.

Connections

The monitor offers 3G/HD/SD SDI, HDMI, Video, audio (L/R), RS485 and DVI I inputs, plus loop through outputs for 3G SDI, HDMI, Video and RS485. This supports HD, SD and analogue signals.

Operation

Four assignable shortcut keys (F1-F4) and four rotary encoders provide quick access to functions such as Peaking, Pixel to Pixel, Camera Mode and the screen markers. Signals can be switched quickly between Video, DVI, HDMI and SDI via the OSD menu.

The monitor runs on a DC adapter or lithium battery and supports a V mount battery plate (standard) or an Anton Bauer plate. The fully machined aluminium metal housing is rugged and dissipates heat well.
