The Urth 49mm Magnetic Base Filter Kit Pro (UV, CPL) combines the Magnetic UV and CPL Pro for shatterproof protection and precision polarisation. The UV filter uses ionically tempered AERO C10 glass and the CPL uses German SCHOTT B270 glass, both enhanced by the CoraNano Max dual side coating and a magnetic lock mount for maximum durability and seamless professional performance.

CoraNano Max: the best coating

Both filters have the 34 layer dual side CoraNano Max coating. This delivers extremely low reflectivity, minimal ghosting and flare, and high light transmission with maximum contrast.

UV filter

The UV filter permanently protects the front element from scratches, dust and impact thanks to the ionically tempered AERO C10 glass, and filters ultraviolet light (L41) for clearer images.

CPL filter

The circular polarising filter (CPL) suppresses reflections on glass and water, deepens blue skies and saturates colours. It reduces light by around 1.3 stops.

Pro quality

The Pro range represents Urth's highest optical quality: ionically tempered AERO C10 glass for the UV and German SCHOTT B270 optical glass for the CPL, with slim, lightweight frames. Urth also plants trees for every filter sold and uses sustainable packaging.
