Description

The Caruba HB 7 is a black lens hood that shields the lens from light entering from the side, helping reduce flare and colour casts. Its matte interior absorbs stray light, while the projecting rim provides additional protection for the front element against knocks and rain.

By blocking angled light from outside the frame before it reaches the lens, the hood helps reduce pale haze and coloured patches in photographs.
