Description
The Miops MD-C1 Mobile Dongle connects an iOS or Android smartphone directly to a DSLR or mirrorless camera for shutter control through the included Miops Mobile app. The C1 cable supplied with this version is intended for Canon cameras.
The app uses the phone's vibration, sound, motion and distance sensors to trigger shots. It offers cable release and press-and-hold operation, continuous shooting with a lock function, a timer, HDR, basic time-lapse and long-exposure time-lapse. The scenario function combines shooting functions, while scheduling lets you plan when the camera operates.
Other connection cables are available for different Canon, Nikon, Sony, Panasonic, Olympus, Samsung and Fujifilm models. Compatibility varies by camera.
