Ars-Imago Lab-box module 120

The Ars-Imago Lab-Box 120 module enables development of all 120 roll films in the Lab-Box system. It has two compartments: the upper compartment holds the roll, while the lower, lightproof compartment automatically receives the film.

Place the roll in the upper compartment and close the lid securely. Pull the black backing paper through the slit at the rear to transfer the film into the lightproof compartment. Open the lid, secure the film with the clip and close the lid again. Rotate the external knob to load the film onto the reel, then continue with the usual developing process.

The Lab-Box system allows film loading and development in daylight without a darkroom or changing bag. Its interchangeable modules and multi-format reel support 35mm and 120 film with the appropriate module. This 120 module adds medium-format capability to a Lab-Box originally equipped with only the 135 module.
