Verbatim SDHC Card 16GB Class 10

Verbatim SDHC memory card (Class 10)

Verbatim SDHC cards (Secure Digital High Capacity, SD 2.0) were developed for use in compatible digital cameras, portable MP3 players, camcorders, mobile phones, PCs and other consumer applications. SDHC cards use a FAT32 file system, a specification defined for applications with a higher capacity requirement, and are particularly suitable for high-quality video.

The increasing use of high-quality video, high-resolution digital photography and mobile applications demands higher storage capacities and more demanding data transfer rates. SDHC cards therefore offer a continuous minimum data transfer speed rather than a maximum speed.

Verbatim SDHC cards are compatible with all corresponding SD standards. An integrated write protection also prevents accidental deletion of data. SDHC cards use the same low-level formatting as SD cards, but cannot be used in SD host devices that do not meet the SDA standard version 2.0.
