Installation

Thanks to the innovative bayonet mount, you fit the filter without glue or messy residue. Simply remove the camera's original decorative ring and rotate the filter into the dedicated slots for a stable hold. The precision engineered filter barrel fully protects the lens without hindering its normal extension and retraction.

Image quality

The professional HD L39UV lens with a 31 layer composite coating (AR + L39 + water repellent) effectively suppresses ghosting and reflections. With light transmission of up to 99.5%, the filter blocks UV light below 390 nm while allowing plenty of visible light through, increasing sharpness and reproducing colours faithfully.

Construction and protection

The filter combines a sturdy aluminium frame with a lens friendly plastic bayonet that protects the camera mount against scratches. It also shields the lens and its retractable parts from dust, scratches and oil.

Compatibility

The filter is fully compatible with the JJC LC GR4 metal lens cap, making it an ideal protection solution for street and travel photography. A cleaning cloth is included for easy daily maintenance.
