The Fomei MM-1006 monopod has a head and a removable plate. It is suitable for compact cameras, DSLR cameras and camcorders, helping to stabilise the image where space is limited, such as at sports events, school performances or concerts.

The screw-adjustable rubber foot can expose a spike for outdoor use or cover it for use on wooden floors. A lever at the base acts as a foot pedal: stepping on it holds the bottom of the monopod against the floor for greater stability. This can be useful when seated and holding a camera or camcorder above your head, or when filming or photographing over a crowd.

A carrying case is included.
