Caruba 1/4" Screw with D Ring Metal

The Caruba 1/4" Screw with D Ring is a single metal screw with a 1/4 inch thread for cameras, tripods, quick release plates and flash brackets. The fold-out D ring in the head lets you tighten it by hand, without tools.

Turn the screw through the plate or the bracket into the tripod socket under the camera. Tighten until it seats and no further, because an over-tightened screw damages the thread in the camera base. The ring folds out when needed and lies flat against the head afterwards, so it takes up no room in the camera bag.
