Apexel APL-F006M Telescope Phone Holder, Telescope

Apexel MagSnap APL-F006M (mini) is a universal phone adapter that allows you to connect your smartphone to the eyepiece of a telescope, binoculars, spotting scope, monocular or microscope. The F006M mini version has an adjustable mounting clamp with a diameter of 36-46 mm. It is made of durable aircraft aluminum, scratch and crack resistant. The 3M tapes included in the set allow you to glue the clamp from the inside and thus improve the stability of the fastening.

F006M is a magnetic adapter. The holder comes with a rectangular magnetic plate with a layer of glue that needs to be glued to the back of the smartphone. Thanks to this solution, the phone can be easily positioned so that its lens is directed directly at the eyepiece of the scope. An additional knob allows you to move it away from the axis of the mount by 10 mm, which makes it easier to work with models with the so-called island (m.in. Google Pixel).

The adapter has a foldable design, so it can also be used as a protective eyepiece plug. This allows not only to have it with us whenever we plan to conduct observation, but also to protect the delicate optical system of the equipment we have.

ATTENTION! Due to the specificity of the design, it is recommended to use the magnetic plate also with phones equipped with their own MagSafe or Pixel Snap mount.
