Eastman Kodak Ektacolor Pro 800 color film, 135-36 exp
Description
Fast professional ISO 800 color negative film with good low-light performance, natural skin tones and soft tonal rendering. 35 mm format, 36 exposures. Similar to Kodak Alaris PORTRA 800.
High speed with natural color
A higher ISO gives photographers more freedom as the light fades, helping them use shorter shutter speeds and shoot handheld without giving up the natural color palette characteristic of the EKTACOLOR PRO family. It is well suited to events, weddings, documentary, travel and street photography, as well as other available-light shooting.
The characteristics of KODAK EKTACOLOR PRO 800 are similar to KODAK PROFESSIONAL PORTRA 800 film in the Kodak Alaris range.

What is the difference between the various Kodak manufacturers?
Historically, Eastman Kodak made Kodak photographic film, while Kodak Alaris provided its marketing and distribution. Since the start of 2026, Eastman Kodak has returned directly to the photographic film market, ending Kodak Alaris's exclusive distributor role. As a result, some of the same films made by Eastman Kodak now reach the market through two different Kodak channels.
