Eastman Kodak Ektapan 400 135-36 exp film
Description
ISO 400 panchromatic black-and-white photographic film that combines increased speed, fine grain, high sharpness and T-Grain technology. 35 mm format, 36 exposures. Similar to Kodak Alaris T-MAX 400.
Speed and detail with T-Grain technology
EKTAPAN 400 uses a T-Grain emulsion with flat, tabular silver halide crystals that improve light capture while keeping grain relatively low. This structure provides high resolution, clear edges and a clean image compared with traditional cubic-grain films, while the wide exposure latitude of this family allows flexible choices of exposure and processing.
The characteristics of KODAK EKTAPAN 400 are similar to KODAK PROFESSIONAL T-MAX 400 film in the Kodak Alaris range.

What is the difference between the various Kodak manufacturers?
Historically, Eastman Kodak made Kodak photographic film, while Kodak Alaris handled its marketing and distribution. Since the start of 2026, Eastman Kodak has returned directly to the photographic film market, ending Kodak Alaris's exclusive distributor role. As a result, some of the same films made by Eastman Kodak now reach the market through two different Kodak channels.
